Hannah Redders, Project Manager
Hannah holds an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and the Georg August University of Göttingen, Germany. With a focus on climate risk perception and socio-economic inequality in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, her research contributes to inclusive economic development.
As an international development consultant, Hannah has worked on an Agro fintech project in Mexico for the German Development Cooperation and the Zambian Central Bank’s Financial Sector Development Unit, implementing the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion. She also consulted on the MSME Finance Survey (2022) and Green Finance Tools (2021-2024).
Hannah is the project manager of Data for Change at the PARIS21 Foundation. She previously founded and coordinated MENTORpreneur Zambia™, a mentorship program for small entrepreneurs. The program launched a Training Curriculum and WebApp, driven by a sophisticated Matching Algorithm she helped develop, to connect certified SME Mentors with suitable entrepreneurs.
Her expertise in SME empowerment and data-driven change, combined with her background in data analytics and empirical socio-cultural studies, positions her as a leader in leveraging data for development. Passionate about stoic philosophy, indigenous cultures, and social cohesion, Hannah believes data reveals the true knowledge and drivers that unite diverse communities.
